You're over 50 feet away…a tazers maximum distance is 25 feet and a bean bag is a heavy projectile that uses it's own weight plus force to inflict a blow that should incapacitate a person…I bet it wouldn't ricochet more than 3 feet before it fell to the ground…move back more than 50 feet in case of a ricochet from a tazer or bean bag my azz….the only ricochet danger would be from firearms and likely a ricochet wouldn't be the danger…it would be from multiple adrenaline junkie cops killing him with overkill and they hoped you wouldn't have it on film…IDIOT'S

23. At least sgt dumbnuts is better than the other A-holes with stripes. He's not perfect but at least he's trying to engage and be somewhat decent. In the end, the blue line covers the blue line so he'll be as corrupt and as much of a rights violator as the other ones because he has stripes and knows what he must to do to keep the gravy train flowing.
