NYPD Officers from the 13Pct allowed a Manager / Security from a CVS Pharmacy to physically assault a Homless Man for allegedly stealing a pair of glasses……Right before police arrived, they physically assaulted him, busting his face up with visible knots and blood coming from his wounds…..Civilians are not allowed to take the law into thier own hands, in fact, they are not allowed to just grab anyone and assault them with injuries because someone is heading to the door with alleged merchandise.
