INCIDENT DATE: 11-05-2020 @1am, NYPD officers from the 122Pct on Staten Island were talking loud on their PA system, a civilian screamed over to the cops & told them to cut down the volume on their PA system because it was 1am and people in the immediate area was sleeping…the officers immediately came up on this man because they did not like the fact that this guy told them to lower their PA system and approached with a threatening attitude asking for I.D. to charge them with Disorderly Conduct, meanwhile, this guy was on his work property and refused to give these officers his I.D. and requested to see a Sgt. Listen to the way these officers was talking to him, threatening to bring the whole Pct….When more officers came to the scene, they all jumped on him, and you can see that he was being punched by one officer, while he was saying that he isn’t fighting them, officers tend to scream “”Stop Resisting”” when they know that they are being recorded, which the video shows that this man was never resisting, only that he was refusing to give I.D. because he knew that the officers were Butt hurt and were harassing him because he had told them to lower their PA system, disrupting area residents at 1am….#nypdharassment #nypdprovoking #nypdassault #statenisland #copwatch #copwatchers #copwatchpatrolunit #nypd
