Every weekend, #NYPD Anti-Crime Plainclothes Officers from the 110 & 115Pct Racially Target and harass Black members of the community that rent a Hall to have parties with their families and friends…They park up in different locations and then when the people start to exit, the officers come out from the shadows and start harrasing them while they are heading to thier vehicles, and in instance you see officers shining the flashlight into on of the cars…If a person is not visibly committing a violation of the law, these officers have no Right to stop and question them, or even come up to thier vehicles and start flashing the light into thier personal vehicles at will….UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AND RESPECT PEOPLES RIGHTS NYPD!!!
