Since last month, the NYPD has been broadcasting a zero tolerance initiative against people parking at the bike lane because of recent accidents involving bicyclist, however, everyday since then, officers has been targeting vehicles and issuing summonses for this same Act, and right before these offices came out from getting their coffee , a bicycle had to run off the bike lane and almost got hit by a van because of the officer and where he parked his vehicle at…So who are the real violators……#NYPD
