NYPD are forbidden to enter any liquor establishment while on Active duty, and NO, there were no incidents at this location, nor was he going to investigate a crime… This place is known to CPU as a “Cop Bar” for officers from the 108, 110, & the 115Pct, who regularly go there to hang after their tours….We all know that cops love to drink, in fact, the Department had a big problem in the past with officers going into these establishments to drink while they were on Active duty, now it’s being done discretely, but CPU was able to catch these detectives doing just that….
