  1. The "Government" can't enFORCE tyranny without FORCE. Law enFORCEment is the only mechanism the political class can use to enact their will. Tyranny can only succeed when good men do nothing.

  2. It's called law enforcement. Policies are not laws and cannot be enforced as such.
Staying home is a policy and not law. Constitution aside, it can't be enforced.
Auditors usually make a solid point on this, yet in this situation they go silent.

  3. I remember the quote saying, “Those who would sacrifice a little bit of liberty, for a little bit of security, will deserve neither, and lose both.”

Cops are a manifestation of complete and utter control of democrats wanting superiority over its citizens without any chance of challenging their actions without persecution.

Am I wrong? Go as a police department how to file a complaint and watch how quickly they get threatened to be arrested and put in chains and locked in a tiny cell.

  4. Educate urselves people! The constitution hasn't been valid since 1999 @nd the bill of rights was only created to protect the colonies from the king/great britain who was using the constitution to control us…remember, usa borrowed big $$ to fight the revolution….to whom do u think we owe that debt??

  5. I'm supportive of constitutional officer's not unconstitutional officer's who break oaths and restriction's on right's.
    Freedom over safety.

  6. Overreach is definitely more of a threat than any plague. Plagues come and go but freedom and constitutional laws can never ever be restricted.

  7. Hi mike. I have a question. What you posted is exactly, exactly what I have been preaching. Also along the grounds of reasonable suspicion and probable cause and assuming individuals are “ sick” or “ asymptotic” . Today I went to vote here in Wilton NH. It is not bad here we still have many liberties. We can walk out side go to bars whatever and I love our local law enforcement and used to work in law enforcement. This binging said while I was voting I was met with some strange stuff. I did not chose to wear a mask they had separate areas for you. I had to be escorted by an officer to this other area under the assumption I was sick. I filled out my registration out side around all the masked people and then once I said I was not wearing a mask but my son will and we will maintain a 6 foot distance l. Officer said no I have to escort you to this area please follow me. I had no problem doing this but it was strange to be under the assumption that I was sick. Where is the proof? Also the officer said he had to maintain a presence so I did not walk around ( I don’t no if I was detained to that one area I could leave as in go home but not not walk around freely so that’s a detention) So while I was sitting and waiting alone with all this plexiglass. All the other masked people where together? I asked the officer about his thoughts on reasonable suspicion and probable cause to make a determination on ones health? He agreed. I said what about the situation in NYC when They detained to old people who did not wear a mask then cuffed them and walked them off? You need reasonable suspicion to determine if some one is intoxicated? Why not sick ? He said it’s under an emergency order from the governor also that was in NYC and out numbers here are low. I said but that applies to all law enforcement right? He said yes kinda hunched and disgusted with me. I voted, watched my ballot go in a left. I’m a healthy 34 year old man. This tho small scares me. Please tell me what you think in regards to this. I am in no way shape or form disrespecting my law enforcement. I will always have thier 6. I just want them to have mine.

  8. Any of these coronavirus regulations are a far bigger threat than any stupid virus itself!

  9. Having 24 years in emergency medicine, the sheeples need to research the statistics. The government requesting that civilians report other civilians is reminiscent of the nazi ss. (Caps intentionality omitted.)

  10. It's… Just a face mask? For purely reasons of health. Though I agree that there is a potential for oversight. And the contradictory laws you mention ARE a problem. Masks are one thing, but some of these restrictions are another.

  11. Hey Mike the cop who isnt a cop. I can imagine requiring a garment. There are nudist beaches. Why are there specifically isolated nudist beaches? because every other place isnt. Need to cover the genitals and sometimes the nipples and under boob if you are identified as a woman in most places. Some people think its for sexual reasons, but really its for sanitary ones… pubes on the floor/ tables in restaurants with some crustacean company… if someone sat bare assed and didnt wipe their ass and sat on a cloth covered chair… there is poop in that chair… forever… covid is invisible poop that you literally cant tell where it is who has it nothing and the people who have this poop might not have symptoms and breathing that poop from their mouth and nose area and a cloth filter can catch some of it and is really effective with a 6ft distance barrier between people… Shoes are required in businesses for sanitary reasons and cops have to come for trespassing to remove such individuals who wont remove themselves. People who make laws are often not the experts on the things they pass the laws on unfortunately thats the price we pay for the representative democracy. But hopefully they can make well informed decisions based on what is known, which cloth face mask and 6' distancing can help reduce the spread of covid according to the evidence.
But making a law and forcing a cop to arrest someone under threat of violence for refusing to wear a mask is stupid though, kinda counter productive, saving lives by putting them and others in potential danger. But any public opening/gathering should be forced and be able to enforce No shoes no shirt no mask no service to operate under healthy guidelines otherwise suffer the consequences that come either by fines or by lawsuit due to negligence.
Edit: Also i work at sherwin wiliams, i drive for them. Construction is essential work. Sherwin williams sells protective coatings used all over the place. You can get all the paint you want my friend. For a while we were call in and curbside. but i think many stores opened all way under cdc guidelines maybe a month ago. (end of june 2020 atm)

  12. Washington State had discussed releasing prisoners including Violent Offenders including Gary Rigway, The Green River Killer.

Fortunately politicals put a stop to that.

  13. "A Gun Shop is essential, but McDonalds is essential"

Lets say you're stuck on a space station for a month with life support and toilets but not much else. Three times a day a single unmanned cargo ship with drops off a package during that time. You can choose weather it drops off a a cheeseburger with fries and soda every time or a magazine of 5.45mm rounds with a one in thirty chance of dropping off an AK-47.

  14. who gets to decide who is essential and who isn't and what method do they use to decide this. what are the requirements. all people are essential in my opinion

  15. Hey you and donut always make fun of the right to travel from sovereign citizens but that guy just laid it Out and then you went and listened to his advice about quarantine law

  16. From my understanding the 10th Amendment does give states a lot of power to order quarantine on whole areas & populations. And it was tested all the back in 1824 at tye supreme court in the case of Gibbons v. Ogden

Of course the practicality of enforcing these orders is another matter. In both the UK & US legislation has been drawn up quickly & so is vague to the point where punishments are unlikely to stick & instead we have to rely on an honour system.

  17. Been in this mindset since the beginning. But I have succumb to putting a mask on in stores to be socially acceptable

  18. Oh fuck off Mike pigs have been infringing on our rights for decades and NOW you think theirs a problem? You're a flip flopping joke. Keep in mind we outnumber you assholes 100 to 1 bud you're imaginary powers can be stripped in 10 min if we the people so choose. Powers are given to the government by the consent of the governed so remember that pal.

  19. i agree but also its very ironic to hear a cop talk about violating constitutional rights. don't get me wrong, you seem like a nice guy but the hypocrisy is a bit much.

  20. I like the "Thin Blue Line" Flag, NOT. it is 100% against the UNITED STATES CODE TITLE 18-Part I. CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE-CHAPTER 33 – EMBLEMS, INSIGNIA, AND NAMES § 700-Desecration of the flag of the United States-Specifically Subsection (a)(1) – “Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”

Also 4 U.S. Code § 8 – Respect for flag – No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Also (g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature. Also (i) The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. At last (k) The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning

You should be Ashamed of yourself for this Disfigurement! This is no different then someone burning the Flag. It is a disgrace and insulting to what I have served and others in my family have died for to defend. It shows that you are a Enemy of the State and the Constitution you swore to up hold. You REALLY should consider taking that Abomination down

I really am serious with this, this is VERY offensive to the U.S. Flag and ALL that have died for it. It is Unacceptable for the Police to hi-jack the image of the flag for their own agenda. I have no issue with the Police at all. However, you and others need to come up with your own image that you want to use to show your solidarity and quit desecrating the U.S. Flag!

  21. Fortunately for Mericans, the only way Constitutional rights can be suspended, is if there is a declaration of martial law. And the Greatest President in American history, will not be doing that.

  22. The "Government" requires a lot of things we accept… You say mandatory use of a facemask is too much to ask, but that same government requires we wear clothing… Is that the work of a tyrant? How would that be different, especially when the one piece of "clothing" is to save and protect lives while the other is bases entirely on moral standards…

  23. Good video, completely agree, but it's really hard to jump on the "ignore the tribalism" plea, when you yourself have a history of posting your tribalism when it comes to unarmed Blackman being shot, killed, Stop and Frisked…. blah blah. So, I'll use your actual words from one of your videos Sir. "Just obey the instructions that you are given by LEOs…….how hard is that?!?".

  24. And, shoulda said it first, but be safe out there dude.
FYI cops in my area seem cool I rode past em on my bike today they gave me a thumbs up they've been doing that for weeks now 🙂 they're not hassling anyone in my area. But in other parts of the state there is a theoretical "stay home order" from the governor that people are sadly suffering under. Also: wearing a mask outdoors "in public" is silly. It probably makes sense to wear on in a crowded store if you are going in briefly as a customer but I can't imagine working all day in one without going nuts.

  25. I have heard/read the following to defend all kinds of crazy overreach: "The government can do whatever it wants in the interest of public safety", "It's for your own good", and most alarmingly, "We don't got time for that," in reference to actual laws passed through a legislature after debate and signed into being, vs. these weirdo "orders". What I am realizing is there are a contingent of people out there who not only want to take other people's freedom away, they actually want to give up their own as well.
It is as if they wish they were in another country. What I don't get it, if they are really that dissatisfied with the limits of constitutional gov't, why don't they just move?

  26. Excellent piece and I agree, knee jerk reaction by some, and as Ben Franklin said tyrants and despots use chaos to grab power.
