2. This cop broke a major pursuit rule by not having the siren constantly on. He put the public and himself in serious danger chasing someone with the siren on during the chase, "tapping" it doesn't cut it in a pursuit, he's very lucky the drivers didn't do anything silly. Put the city and himself at some major liability risk, hopefully the Department brass go wind of this and disciplined the officer for lack of siren use and violating policy on a pursuit.

8. I guess the cops have to pay to use the siren or something. This guy ran stop signs and red lights with no siren. Big liability issue if he had hit someone.

11. 100mph isn't that far out of normalcy in SoCal. Traffic in the fast lane commonly gets rolling over 80 with speeders doing 90 or more.

12. Is there some advantage to why he keeps turning his siren off? What if he rams into some civilian that doesn't hear him coming at high speed? I could almost understand it if he's doing it just a little to hear his radio or something, but he's turning it off a lot.

19. Those roads are rockier than Rocky Roads ice cream. Hitting those bumps at that speed in the car must have been hell. Even moreso for the bikeer.
