@CopsConsTV obtained body camera footage of an incident involving a man who was on a lunch break. Callers said he had his hand down his pants while on his lunch break.

The officers cited him with indecent exposure.

  5. This was so wrong. The thing is who the heck was watching him long enough to figure that out. And how into it was he that he didn’t notice the people watching and how close were they to his car to even see that and how did he not notice them if they were that close. I would have sued. And whoever put this on You Tube.

  6. no hard evidence and they just simply gave him a ticket ..just because someone told them so…but let's just say he was actually doing it but this cop's can't really proved it ..but still gave him a ticket… nevermind showing his face to the public….

  12. Should be easy enough to get dismissed. I doubt any of the witnesses are gonna show up for court. The cops didn't see anything with their own eyes. I can't believe they ever wrote the ticket.

  37. He'll beat this in court, no pun intended. All he had to say about it is nothing..people try to start shit all the time…they see somebody who they think shouldn't be there and call the cops to start shit. People claim 'he has a gun' all the time, so why not 'he's holdin his gun' claim?
