A brief commentary on the surveillance video from 12-26-16 at Dixie Gun and Pawn in Cobb County, Georgia.

The store owner Jimmy Groover is quoted as having said that “two men wearing masks came in with guns drawn, demanding that he get on the floor, while shouting they were going to kill him.” But Groover was ready and wearing a handgun on his hip (DUH, it’s a gun shop). Groover was able to hit one of the men, killing him on the spot.

The second suspect fled in a silver Dodge Charger. Police say bullets were fired in both directions, making this a great example of being ready, whether a police officer or a private gun owner exercising their 2nd amendment rights. Train and be ready.

  24. It gets worse. Last year some random crackhead tried to rob a gun store over here in Czech Republic. He had a knife. Yeah… Didn't make it.

  37. I couldn't help but laugh when one dumbass tried dual wielding, someone played too much halo 3. Also robbing a gun store has to be the dumbest thing in the world, they have guns after all. One guy accidentally tried to stick up a gun store when he intended a jewelry shop and got turned into swiss cheese by everyone in the store, staff and customers.
