This is sad cause what if she was a victim of trafficking or in some sort of abusive relationship or something and it clearly shows she has trauma ptsd and doing that with having to chain her telling her she’s making it worse for her self with some one with these same issues it’s only triggering her more and seems like it’s more abuse and trauma police officers don’t seem to be properly trained to deal with people with mental health problems it’s just wrong on all levels when some one is not educated on ptsd and this is only causing more trauma we can’t just get frustrated and want them to be normal you have to know how to Handel these situations it’s sad we just need to do better as a whole treat people with care and understanding he did have more patience’s than most police officers but we should really start trying to get more awareness about mental health one love

All while she is clearly under the influence of some kind of drug or has a possible mental disorder. I'm all for holding these people accountable but I find it very counter productive to keep these people in the same hole that they cant already get out of. Sad situation all around.
