Police Need to STOP Doing This to Concealed Carriers

While I haven’t directly seen this but maybe a handful of time in 9 years of law enforcement, I have seen it and I’ve heard of cops expressing that this is a manner in which they conduct themselves on traffic stops. I can’t be a voice for their reasoning and only my own, but…I think I’m right 🙂

There are some brief reasons (this could be a much longer conversation of course) that I share with you from my perspective in this video.

  1. Also, one thing I didn’t mention in the video is that if you are legally carrying your firearm you are not required to give possession of it to the officer on a traffic stop in most instances but please be advised that every circumstance could have its own variables so make sure you understand your state/local laws as they relate to the 2a and remember that respect is a two-way street and it’s usually found between good cops and the good people they are encountering with almost never having an issue 🙂 Carry on.

  2. Kansas gun owner here, I have a question perhaps you can answer/clarify.

I am fairly new to guns. After being assaulted, I now carry a gun wherever I go. I hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I feel my life is threatened or I am facing a deadly situation. Anyway, I do carry my firearm in my car.

A friend of mine told me that if I ever get pulled over for whatever reason, hold the steering wheel at the top with my thumbs and stretch out my fingers towards the windshield as that it an indicator to the Police officer as he/she approaches my vehicle that I have a gun in my car.

    Is that true ?

  3. Bad guys buy guns legally all the time. Just because they own a gun legally does not make them a bad guy. Sometimes people just snap no matter who they are. I've seen police officers snap and break the law, doctors, lawyers, judges etc. I literally heard about a judge that went on a shooting. The las Vegas shooter bought his guns legally. Legally buying a gun just means you haven't broke the law yet.

  4. Revolver ? If an auto i think a cop would rather see it unchambered. Ask them. Many are laughing, unload ed, it's no better than a rock . Google accidental discharges, afganistan. Tons, and they're pros.

  5. One time in the ocean a conservation officer asked me for my gun and when return it to me a magazine felt in the water. Because he let it fall accidentally. Just because he wanted to see the gun and run the serial number or whatever they do. And passing it from one boat to the other. Incredible.

  6. Very disconcerting to hear some of these comment stories of temporary confiscation/field stripping….youd think these guys would prioritize that guns stay in the holster until needed, and no ones getting shot if no hands pull out guns for any reason

  7. You’re an anarcho capitalist in the making and I love it. We all need security id just rather pay you directly to protect the hood or protect myself and my family with my own firepower.

Ps lockdowns are expected to cause 130 million excess starvation deaths in the developing world due to the draconian policy disrupting global supply chains.

  8. Why do you even need to answer or volunteer that you carry, in Az?
There are a lot of people that say you should give your lic, reg, ins, and thats
it, answer no questions and volunteer 'nothing' , did I hear this wrong?

  9. :54….I had that happen. Some cop disassemble my gun. Which pissed me off. I had it lucked up in my glove department. I just bought that gun. I had no clue how to put it together. I took down to his department. I made the Cheif show how to put it back together. After he personally sign me up for a gun safety class.

  10. Can you please transfer to Los Angeles?! Too bad all cops thought like which have respect towards it’s citizens who conceal carry legally! You have a new follower!

  11. This!!!! I had a cop completely unload it and tell me to open my trunk and that I could retrieve it once he was gone… I'm like are you serious?

  12. On my last shift, stopped A crew cab ford for speed. As i approached i saw two rifle cases. The driver handed me a ccw. I i said cool, so have a license in there? As she pulled the DL out i asked, I'm assuming you have a firearm. She looked at the back seat, the, center console and then towards the glove box. She says "i think there's 9" .
    9? I asked
"Well some are mine and some are my husband's. Do you want to see them?"
Not unless your going to give them to me. Tell you what, keep your hands of yours, I'll keep my hand off mine and we'll get you out of here in a few minutes…. .

    9…… my kinda woman..
