We obtained body worn camera footage of a drunk driver passed out at the wheel. Albuquerque Police Officers were able to get the woman out of the car. Isabel Quintero was driving and drove into a few vehicles before coming to a stop on an on ramp.
It took nearly 5 hours to get her cleared to be booked into the jail. She was booked on aggravated DWI, reckless driving, open container, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of an altered license.
All charges were dismissed because the arresting officer did not show up for court.
