  8. The officer asked why he doesn’t get a prescription for it, but the fees required to register for a Medical marijuana license are very high in Florida. Probably can’t afford it and he is probably trying to use it for glaucoma “his eyes” which weed happens to be very helpful for.

  15. The go to for every police officer is to say your car smells like weed. It gives them probable cause to search for anything illegal and it is hard to prove the car didn't smell like weed.

  16. Smell of weed being used as grounds to search is so bogus lol searches should be based on grounds there’s drugs in the car then and there. A smell is very weak

  17. I’d just issue him a citation and let him go because he doesn’t look like a bad person at all… but saying he got out of jail for self defense might make the decision tough

  33. I knew a guy that was visiting family in Oklahoma. He told me how the cops pulled him over saying that he stopped a few feet past the white line. I believe him when he said that he didn't. He knew the cops were following him for miles.
    They literally tore his car apart, pulling up the back seat, prying loose his door panels to peek inside the doors. He kept hearing one of the cops say "Them Washington boys always got the weed." (He had WA plates)
    To make a long story short. They found a literal crumb, a speck the size of a pin head of weed in his ashtray among cigarette ashes….. They arrested, charged and convicted him. If I remember right he served months in jail.
    Something needs to change..

  34. I can’t stand that constant beeping when police officers leave the keys in the ignition and the doors open. I can understand why the doors must be open, but the keys? Does it bother anyone else?

  38. To all those commenting on the injustice of this arrest: Perhaps you missed the part of the video where your poor, oppressed convicted felon admitted he committed 2nd degree murder. Prove your convictions, and hire him to babysit your kids. Fucktards.

  39. Think. If very person who consumes cannabis that lives in an illegal on cannabis state left that state for a 'legal' state, there would be some empty states.

Ok, i want to be a sheriff deputy and the one thing that i personally wouldnt care about is someone who has weed on them, unless it is in a large enough quantity to where intent to sell could be involved. I mean if the guy only had 1g to an ounce i wouldnt care. I would literally let the guy go and allow him to keep his weed. Now, unless the guy in this video who was arrested was under the influence, which he may or may not have, then yes arrest him for DUI. I say that because in all 50 states even in the ones that is legal, smoking marijuana and driving still will affect your driving.

  49. Awful lot of police cars for a simple traffic stop. But the Police did find marijuana that the guy was using to help his eye condition. Are these Cops even human beings? He had marijuana to help him with his medical conditions, and Just got a job at U-Haul AND just bought a car for himself, and yet these Cops just ripped his life apart because of a LAW that says no marijuana. Purely Disgusting !!
    How do these COPS sleep at night knowing that they ruined a mans life because of marijuana? How do you COPS reading this Not have any compassion or Soul and Just toss people like this guy in jail over a marijuana charge live with yourself ?!?!?!
