  1. The motorcycle is lying on its side on the shoulder but the inconsiderate cops park all their squad cars in the middle of the roadway. They do that kind of rude stuff so often I am forced to conclude that they enjoy impeding traffic

  2. drunk driving is serous and bad I've seen many of these video's where cops are drunk but they all know not to do roadside tests and many refuse breath tests.

  3. This IS WHY we SHOULD deFUND these PIGS….. 🐖 this IS who the STATE hires to UPHOLD the LAW. And NEVER, EVERrrrrr consent to a SOBRIETY test like ALL these DRUnK/HIGH pigs DO. Cause they KNOW their BS equipment/Tactics don't PROVE ish when it goes to COURT. 😔

  4. I feel a bit sorry for both because admittedly the officer's diction and delivery of dutiful dialogue was muddied a fair bit due to extenuating circumstances and other aspects such as stress or being without common comfort for the common tongue of cops of the area.
Stress rarely helps most situations but especially when language is required.
All that to say I think it possible the arrested party may actually have misunderstood or didn't understand but regardless they realistically knew what the arresting party was speaking about.

Oh well in the end it didn't affect anything and likely wouldn't even should such elements be removed from the situation the ultimate conclusion would likely play out much the same

  5. In the age of uber and lyft I just don't get the driving drunk and even a cop don't tell me if he called one of his fellow cops that they wouldn't have gave him a ride home. kudo's to the lady officer for not just letting him off and them calling another agency to handle it.

  6. Just a couple points. The original agency that pulled him over gave him a huge solid by NOT processing him. They called HIS department to process him. That bought him time. Notice when his homie showed up they reminded the arresting officer the “body cam is rolling”. Also notice how the arresting officer was concerned about the original time they were called. He was trying to buy him time. Problem was he was drunk AF.

  7. wearing the first responder flag on his hoodie smh…driving drunk on a bike at night… guy is crazy. i never ever rode my bike if i even had a slight maybe i’d have a beer at some point. we’d go on rides and stop at a restaurant to eat and some these guys would have 2-3 tall beers and get back on their bikes and drive home. insane.

  8. Wow, finally, a cop admitting the cuffs are to tight when they shoe horn you into the back seat like a stuffed pig. The arresting officer ignored it like always. This type of detainment will always go uncivil because of what we just witnessed. A cop telling a cop about the cuffs and that cop doesn't give a shit.

  9. “You gonna look at me?”

    him: 👁️👄👁️

    “SUNG YOUR TONGUE OUT”
    “STUNG YOUR TONGUE OUT SIR”

  10. Go back and listen at 3:38 the male officer asked the recording female to go get something from the back of his car, because he “would rather this not be recorded.”
