NEW VIDEO: Rio Arriba County Under Sheriff Arrested Interfering with Other Police Agency!!!! – Everything Law and Order Blog

@CopsConsTV has been following the saga between the Rio Arriba Sheriff and Española Police Department. This year Española Police has investigated, served warrants, and arrested members of the Rio Arriba Sheriff’s Department.
On May 21st, 2020, a multi agency police force raided the Rio Arriba Sheriff office and arrested Sheriff James Lujan. Under Sheriff Martin Trujillo arrived on scene and demanded answers. He also ordered his deputies to surround the other agencies during the standoff.
Española Police felt Trujillo used his position of power as Undersheriff of Rio Arriba County to command his Deputies to commit aggravated assault on Peace Officers during the execution of their legal duties in an arrest affidavit.
On August 16th, 9th Judicial District Attorney Andrea Reeb approved the arrest warrant. Trujillo turned himself in to New Mexico State police with his lawyer present. He was booked into the Los Alamos County jail and was released the same day.
His court case is pending and so is Sheriff James Lujan’s.

  1. I know a lot of people think this is funny..
But sheriff office is the only constitutional “authority “ we have left in the United States 🇺🇸

  2. The only thing I see wrong was the one city officer had his complete face covered I realize it was during the covid outbreak but he shouldn't cover his entire face just my opinion other than that I applaud the city for taking a stand against corruption

  3. The original case had nothing to do with this guy. He just had to step in the big pile of shit. Couldn't help himself. What an ego tripping dummy. 😄

  4. That entire sheriff's office needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom! Obviously corrupt to the bone as apparently the councilor is as well! (He obviously had the sheriff on speed dial when the warrant for his phone was served. Who does that!?!?!).
And I was so hoping while watching parts 1-4 that the under sheriff would reep his just rewards for his repulsive attitude and behavior towards the other officers & much to my delight he was! I noticed he wasn't so tough & condescending when he was in "their house"! Well done for those who were extremely patient and professional! A little too accommodating with the "perps" nonsense, but overall, great job!

  5. Trujillo is nothing without is badge and sidearm.. just another sad thug. Hilarious that he wants his religious articles with him in the cell when he treated the cops at his office so disrespectfully. The religious hack holds NO credibility.

  6. Sickening to watch them grant so many wishes to this criminal just because he is law enforcement. If it was me I would be told to stfu and get in the car.

  7. He's not talking shit now! All this piece of shit had to do was fall back while they arrested that other piece of shit. It's great that these two piece of shit cops end their careers in full disgrace.

  8. Thats what u called "being a fkn idiot. A fkn little ass underling trying to muscle the state lol. Not so cocky without that uniform eh?
Hes a fkn pig, he should know better than anyone, its a losing battle to go against the pigs arresting u. Well, they weren't arresting him, they just wanted one corrupt cop, but he got cocky and stupid trying to go against justice showed himself. Usually if its not a major crime, they wouldn't use cuff on a fellow pig, but idiot was a fkn asshole which led to this. Fkn idiot deserve it
