Near Disaster: Ohio Trooper vs. Wrong Way Driver

There was no call, and the trooper was certainly not expecting to see headlights coming right at him on the interstate.

The video tells the story.

  1. Looks like a confused older man. I am surprised the big strong Ohio troopers didn't taze him. Suppose they might have if the camera wasn't rolling.

  2. cop is a bit of a drama queen eh,, yep it was a crisis but he acted like he was being shot at by a nazzi machine gun on d day

  3. Geez, even I know how to drive a stick. When I was 19 I went into a dealership and traded my Ford Pinto 😂😂🤓 for a gorgeous MGB, which was a stick. I had no idea how to drive it and I was by myself. Well, I figured it out pretty quickly!!
We have six kids and every one of them was taught how to drive a stick shift.

  4. Watching it one more time and I can't believe that those trucks just swept by without slowing down even the slightest when he turned his car around! 😯 I mean kind of hard to miss a police car that is moving from left to right in front of you..

  5. This Trooper was a hero, stopping the truck, getting the man out & to safety, instructing the other cop, on the radio… he was freeking Superman… right up until he saw that the truck had three pedals 😂

  6. That'll get your heart pumping and adrenalin going. Is it any wonder cops have a larger adrenal gland than the average public? As to a manual transmission – easy peasy. Once you learn you will never forget. So glad I know how.

  7. The first Trooper can’t drive a stick!
That’s strike one on getting your “Man Card” revoked.
