Man Arrested for Breaking into His OWN Home

@Cops&Cons obtained body worn camera footage of an incident that had Rio Rancho Police called to a residence for a burglary in progress. When they arrived they found, David Morales, of Rio Rancho, NM in the house. Morales owns the house but was served with a trespassing order a few week prior.

Morales asserted he had the right to be in the home. He was charged with violating the trespass order and burglary. His court case is pending.

  1. The house is legally his so he shouldn't be forced to leave his property because of a restraining order.. the person who applied for the restraining order should be the one forced to leave..

  2. Same thing happened here in Australia but the girl was charged for criminal trespassing for putting g the guys house and address as hers so she could have a place even tho she was the abusers

  3. The legal system in America is a fucking joke, especially towards men. Yet another case in point right here.

  4. I live on a farm. Caught a guy trying to get into my attached garage claiming he was going to rent this place and wanted to look it over. At 11:30pm. A 12 gauge leaned out the window persuaded him it wasn’t for rent.

  5. Apparently they were estranged (aka he wasn't living there) and had admitted to breaking the window multiple times to get back into the house. It is correct that the previous day the restraining order was granted, but apparently he wasn't living there and done damage multiple times. Or that's what I gather from the RR news.

  6. He most assuredly doesnt "own" the property in question. Yall know that. We,re all renters till death on the greatest free range slave plantation ever. 👍👍

  7. INarticulate…failure to COMPREHEND ORDERS. THAT is why we used to demand people SPEAK A THE LANGUAGE. SO Democrats and ACLU are to blame for this sht. Once again

  8. He's not the victim in this situation! Everything he says could be a lie, we only hear his side of the story. BTW Disobey an order from a judge and you go to jail, it's not rocket science. Go to court and act like a normal human.
