  1. He might be an arrogant SOB… but He DOES HAVE A POINT about ''What if I had a Cup' in my hand…'

Maybe he'll GROW from this and take his OWN Thought process through to a Logical Conclusion to able to apply it to the cases he handles while sitting 'ON THE BENCH' and 'Judging Other's' and THEIR OWN PARTICULAR and PECULIAR situatuons and circumstances. 😁🤙🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  2. Hey, Mr. judge the law is the law you have broken the law whether you have a cell phone or a lawbook in your hand while you’re driving. So I suggest you face the consequences and get the same treatment as the citizens get. You are not above the law. Part of the law says when you tell the truth, the truth will set you free isn’t that right Mr. judge? It doesn’t matter if you’re a judge or city official, you still have to follow the law as the rest of the citizens do. Just a friendly reminder to all city officials and law officials you work for the people, not for yourself I repeat you work for the people. We the People aspects you to follow the laws as the rest of us do. Also I’d like to thank the officer for pulling over a judge. 😎🇺🇸

  3. "I had my phone just like this"…"I'm irritated because you pulled me over, for no reason". Dude admitted he was guilty! Something else is going on here, was probably talking to his mistress, got pulled over, panicked, and just lost his sh*t.

  4. According to the news the judge called a lot of people he knew and even went to see the mayor but justice prevailed and hr got charged by the disciplinary committee; his hearing is on February the 23rd and until the verdict he is suspended without pay.

  5. Imagine how many times he has handed down judgment to the peasant working class for doing exactly what he was doing 🙄 pos

  6. Cops take a lot of crap. Judges are supposed to obey the law and not piss off those trying to enforce it.

  7. That guy wasn’t yelling at the cop I have to side with the driver in this case… “why are you yelling at me?” “Why are you nervous?” What kind of stupid questions are those from the cop? Am I not allowed to adjust the pitch of my vocal cords? Am I not allowed to react and respond and sound nervous? What law was this guy truly violating or was the cop upset the driver was an individual and not beholden to the state at all times?

  8. I'll take the word of the judge as true, just say why you have it, say sorry get on police general rules, then say goodbye cause it's a nothing problem with no intended texting and driving.
Despite how inconvenient this may be you waste more time get more heated over it and ultimately nothing happens cause you didn't intended for texting and driving. Worst case you get so heated over nothing you go to jail for something stupid.
