Interrogation of Metro State Officer Sean Jeffrey Brijmohan (Part I)

The following is loosely adapted from a case summary written by the State Attorney’s Office:

Mohammad Amar Aljamos owns the Royal Hookah Lounge in Orlando. Sean Jeffrey Brijmohan had been frequenting Aljamos’ business for approximately eight months and Aljamos knew Brijmohan to be a federal agent. Brijmohan always had his badge and firearm on him when in the business. Brijmohan had also shown-up other times wearing a tactical vest and carrying an assault rifle.

Brijmohan had also implied to Aljamos that he was involved with the Las Vegas shooting investigation, on one occasion even telling Aljamos that he was traveling to Las Vegas to speak with the President of the United States about the tragic event.

Aljamos advised he was very close to Brijmohan and treated him like a brother. Brijmohan introduced Aljamos to someone he identified as (a) his friend and (b) a fellow federal agent.

That guy’s name?

Steven Negron.

Sound familiar?

No?

Try “Recycle.”

And then — as a “prank” — they robbed Aljamos. Good prank.

Rather than explain the [very, very twisty] story here, we are going to let the victim, the suspects, and the witnesses tell their own version of events.

Published to Patreon concurrently with this video is a sworn interview of Jeremy Dewitte, taken by the State Attorney’s Office in relation to this case. That video will be publicly available for free next Friday.

Also published concurrently is Part Two of the interrogation. To kickstart the new Real World Police subreddit (/r/realworldpolice), Part Two is posted over there only. It’s available to anyone, right now, for free. And it won’t be published to anyone’s feed for at least a few days. Check it out and join the conversation and community!

  1. The sworn testimony of Jeremy Dewitte in relation to this case is available on Patreon now. It will be publicly available for free next Friday. The interview is a bit over a half-hour in length.

  2. Holly crap this guy giving the interview is about to fucken keel over, he is loosing his breath reading poor dude his rights…… God for it he has to walk down the hall…… lay off them donuts BRO

  3. I hope that Brijmohan had already been Mirandized before the mask guy showed up and fumbled and stumbled through that half assed Miranda warning.

  4. I have never been read my rights and called bro….dickhead, big mouth, trouble maker and one girl cop called me cutie.I think she was a girl.I was going to jail who cares.

  5. I heard one of the cops in this room asked if if he had exposed the gun a badge or a radio. The answer was no that's the funniest part about it he showed him his security card. But isn't promise of this whole environment that this guy is from Syria!!?! So are you absolutely sure that he understands that…?

  6. He keeps saying they were still friendly during the prank – but, they haven't talked since the prank because the dude went to the cops, hence this arrest, so, when did he have time to learn all of this other shit that made him realize the dude was a douche? Lol, he's a liar like Dewitte. Somehow, believe it or not, he beat this case at trial. How, I would have no idea, but, he seems to have a lot of luck beating cases. too.

  7. Too many people get their idea of what Miranda Rights are from tv/movies.

The police do not have to read you any Miranda rights ever.

The only purpose for being read Miranda rights is if the police want or plan to use anything YOU SAY in THEIR PRESENCE against you as evidence.

If the only evidence police have against you are things you said to them and you weren't read your Miranda rights, then that evidence cannot be used.

Not being read Miranda rights is not a get out of jail equivalency.

  8. "Aww-ite. Yooz gotz da right ta keep ya friggin mout SHUT … yadda yadda yadda … u cool wit dat bro?"

  9. I thought Jeremy DeWitte was the guy who runs a "security detail" for funeral escorts? Different guy? I need to get better with remembering names.

Edit: I should have watched further for details, he worked with DeWitte in metro state

  10. I can just imagine how his lawyer is cringing as his watching him incriminate himself like this. GUYS DO NOT SPEAK TO COPS WITHOUT A LAWYER! Is it that difficult to understand. I hope this guy gets what he deserves tho.
