Larissa Rodriguez was originally charged with murdering her five year old, among other crimes. She would ultimately plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, endangering children, and gross abuse of a corpse. Rodriguez was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Her late son, Jordan, was born prematurely, and was non-verbal. He was found buried in a 4-foot by 4-foot grave in the family’s backyard, wrapped in blankets and trash bags by Rodriguez and her boyfriend, Christopher Rodriguez, after they woke up to find him dead on September 22, 2017.
Jordan’s body was not discovered until December, when a tip from Christopher’s brother, who was deployed overseas in Pakistan, led authorities to discover the grave behind the family’s home in Cleveland.

We live in a world where we let anyone have children, it’s a joke. You are responsible for your children’s wellbeing, if you know your boyfriend beats your child or you, you are just as much to blame. I just googled this woman. Here’s what I’ve learned – She was a monster.
1.This little boy had signs of serious long term abuse in the form of broken bones.
2. The house her children lived in was infested with rats and cockroaches, and when social workers showed up to inspect, they found a little girl eating a roach infested sandwich.
3. She was selling the food stamps intended to feed her children to their social worker.
4. While awaiting trial she gave birth to her 10th child.
5. Her last name is Rodriguez. Her husbands last name was Rodriguez. Her boyfriends last name is Rodriguez. I know this is the least offensive thing about this woman but wtf is up with that?
6. Worst of all, she allowed her own child to suffer and die and then wrapped him in moth balls and stuck a dirty diaper over his face before burying him in his own back yard.
She received 25 years in prison and her boyfriend received 28. The judge openly cried during the sentencing.
