ICE Agent Pulled Over By Sheriff’s Deputy

Continuing to bring you more of the stuff you don’t see anywhere else, in this video watch as a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputy pulls over an ICE agent. Seems simple enough, but it turns out that the Deputy doesn’t like what he perceives to be her attitude.

The ICE agent, on the other hand, doesn’t think that she is being disrespectful and claims to have no idea what the deputy is talking about. Making the situation more awkward is the fact that the deputy can decide at any time to ticket Ms. ICE — so ‘getting into it’ isn’t an option.

The deputy then walks himself into a bit of a hole. He offers to let Ms. ICE listen to a recording of herself. ICE says “Sure!” taking the deputy up on his offer… only to discover that it had apparently been a bluff. Weird.

Of course, as luck would have it, while all of this is playing out there just happens to be a random gaggle of ICE agents observing the exchange from the deputy’s car.

Not something you see every day.

General note: During a traffic stop you have no legal right to know why you have been pulled over. It is courteous for police officers to inform people, but keep in mind that when a cop engages you in conversation by the roadside, 99% of the time they are looking for evidence, not trying to be your friend.

  1. At the end there I would have told him to f off really why do they expect anyone to jump up and down with joy because he honored us by pulling us over I don't like these pukes

  2. He has a superiority complex, they always have to be in charge and control! A real bad sign of a bad cop in the future!!!

  3. She is with ICE, she contantly pulls off traffic felony warrant stops using BS probable cause like the window tint or the tire pressure, then she has the audacity to ask what she did to get pulled over.

  4. The deputy is the one with the attitude! He did not in any way follow procedures and was in the wrong. Guys like this give police and deputies a bad rap. Don’t like your job? Find another one.y

  5. he wouldn't have had that attitude with a male ice agent, or any other law enforcement fed agent, It's because is a female and short black agent, with the same power and rights than a tall male agent, any race. She even apologized and he still was rude, he neither showed professional courtesy. He should be fired on the spot because he showed him self as sexist idiot A cop with such judgemental attitude is a liability for society, his police department and other cops,  he is a law sue waiting to happen. Wonder what happens when a civilian, no law enforcement affiliation, get stopped by this idiot cop.

  6. The cops in the wrong. He is using manipulation into getting you to admit guilt for no reason, making you feel ashamed. You think that maybe different if it was a white person.

  7. Besides this ICE AGENT RUBBISH .ICE IS WASTE TAX PAYERS MONEY ITS JUST ANOTHER WAY TO BULLY THE PUBLIC PERIOD.

  8. Federal agents vs sheriffs..will always have conflict..but clearly she asked…"what did I do." Attitude or without attitude…she has the right to know WHY she's was getting pulled over.

  9. This is why people hate cops! You're not a God dude and therefore, you DON'T get to legislate how someone asks a question! FREAKING jerk!!!!!!!!

  10. The motorist is entitled to know why they are being stopped…PERIOD! This is America after all. He should have been taught … “Sir/Mam, you have been stopped for (insert violation), may I please see your License, registration and proof of insurance” After that, if the motorist wants to debate that’s fine, but after you get the documents we can discuss it.

Hey, but what do I know? I’ve only done this for 40 years. The DHS agent was not out of line and the deputy shouldn’t have thought she was, at least IMO. Again in my experience, 90% of those stopped all ask the same question. Just my 2 cents.

  11. Law enforcement or not, anyone has the right to question why their being pulled over…. I think Jr is too full of himself or, overly impressed whit his own unimportance…..

  12. All cops are dirty if they act like their not they are lying they just haven't got caught yet. If you don't talk the way cops tell you to talk or if they don't like the tone of your voice they can punish you! American police are corrupt and backed by corrupt government!

  13. The problem is with the deputies system, she is not speeding or breaking any laws but is pulled over because the deputy cannot find the rego. of the vehicle on HIS system, this is his problem not hers. He then lectures her on how to speak to him. She is not required to speak to him at all and why did he run her plates in the first place

  14. Deputy talking like that will get you tickets out of revenge, talk nice to me and bow before your master and I might not make up a charge. ICE what about the law? Deputy law what’s that?
