11. This was great to see and a job well done! Unfortunately there are way too many officers who have no compassion, especially for those less fortunate, or those who are suffering from serious depression or other mental health issues.

12. I lived in Sacramento and for 10+ years and all I've heard about Grass valley I'd that they're racist..

13. I commend the officers who stopped this young from hurting himself or God forbid killing himself plus causing a horrendous scene for the drivers below. I'm sure nobody does not want to see the after effects of a bloody suicide scene. I would not want to be on receiving end of having to tell parents and the families that a loved one has committed suicide. Suicide is serious mental health issue that needs to be addressed by everybody as a whole. It's very sad and unfortunate that people become so hopeless and enraged in pain that ending their lives is the answer. I sure hope this young man gets help and changes his life around.
