The Florida man left the scene and the officer never made contact with him in person.

If this was me in my beat up rusty dodge, an arrest warrant and citations would be issued for reckless driving, hit and run, property damage, driving without a license, failure to register vehicle, failure to produce insurance, fleeing scene of an accident, obstruction of justice, parking motor vehicle obstructing foot traffic right of way, littering, jay walking, vehicle abandonment…..

I don’t understand why cops always have to act like they hate there job or there always aggravated and talk to people with an attitude yea I know he could have stayed at the scene and cop might be aggravated fir that but it’s not worth acting like that I don’t know some cops rub me the wrong way and I like cops I have no problem with them and I’m glade there protecting the citizens of the United States even though some are a little trigger happy I just think they need to talk to people like normal like they would want somebody to talk to there mom or sister if they did that they would get so much further and make there job so easy.
