Fast Food Order Gone WRONG!!!

Albuquerque, NM – @CopsConsTV obtained video recorded on January 6th, 2021, Albuquerque Police Officers were dispatched to a McDonald’s with a report that a customer pulled up to it’s drive thru window and stating his order was wrong.

The suspect Estevan Gonzalez pulled a weapon on the cashier at the window and then he got back in his car. Gonzalez drove around the building while a police air support unit identified the car. Marked Police units followed the offender car from a distance and then initiated contact.

Gonzalez drove off at a high rate of speed from the McDonalds plot and air support provided information to officers on its location. Officers on the ground remained at a distance and caught up with the suspect when he turned into a dead end cul de sac.

Officers were able to get Gonzalez’s into custody without incident and witnesses identified him as the offender.

His trial date is pending and he was charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

  1. Cop is too friendly with this scumbag criminal – keep it at doing your job. Criminal laughing going into the police station > while the poor woman is traumatized. Throw the book at these insane scumbags!!

  2. Don't worry the liberal politicians will release him, give him food stamps, section 8, and free healthcare because he only did it because of poverty. That's liberal NM today.

  3. I worked in the service industry as a teen and in retail management in my 20s. So glad I’ve made it possible to work for myself with minimal interaction with the public now. People are so unhinged and entitled these days, it’s become a very dangerous occupation.

  4. haha the worker asked "What's gonna happen to him?" the cops says "he'll be going to jail for the night…" oh yea that's so reassuring that he's going to go to jail for a while nite for threatening someone with a gun. Obviously he was asking about what kind of charge the guys going to get.

  5. A number 1 with no pickles…😬
    I SAID NO PICKLES MF….🔫
& UPGRADE MY FRIES TO CURLY 🤣😂🤣

  6. Let that happen with ASP this shit would have been over a long time ago. ASP is scared like Albuquerque police is.

  7. Gotta state the obvious… air support is such a game changer. No high speed chase or PIT needed. Just let the perp feel like he got away and then calmly roll up on him.

  8. This is the type of guy who gets on the internet and complains about gun laws being too strict and will never admit to their own misdeeds with firearms.

  9. Is the irony clear to anyone else that a dude with a heart condition requiring an internal monitor is eating at McDonald’s on a regular basis?

  10. This loser throws a temper tantrum with a gun, terrorizing staff and fleeing from the police and he wants accommodation. The officer is far friendlier to this punk than he deserves.

  11. Why didn’t the cops have one vehicle blocking the exit from the fast food joint? And let the other 2 cops go in to address the situation? Could have stopped the whole situation before it turned into a chase.

  12. That dude is way out there in left field with no glove. And he states he has no idea what's going on and that he's not a felon. He knows exactly what's up. And I got a news flash for him: the cops know what's up and you WILL be a convicted felon when they're done with u.
