Fake Cop Claims to be DEA Agent Shows Off His Badge and Gun!!

@CopsConsTV obtained body worn camera camera of an incident that involved Andrew Kriegel, who was caught impersonating a Drug Enforcement Officer (DEA) by flashing a badge and displayed two guns.

Roswell Police were dispatched to a suspicious van parked behind a laundry mat. They responded to find Kriegel in his car. The interviewed him on the possibility of impersonating an officer. He denied it. Officers contacted the business owner and did a telephone interview.

Chaves County Sheriff’s office responded to Kriegel’s house after interviewing other witnesses and served him with a search warrant.

A few days later Kriegel was arrested and charged with:
(3) counts of Impersonating a Peace Officer. His trial is scheduled for August 19th, 2021.

  1. I grew up in a small Midwest town and there was a guy who acted like a some type of lawman. He was harmless and people just let it go. I think if the cops arrested him half the town would have been at jail trying to bail him out or demanding his release. This is a good example of how bad the system fails the mentally ill

  2. Yawn…another dumb hick who thinks an attorney would make him look bad. When his fat belly does that good enough. Was great to see him in cuffs though. Face cops & stolen valor. The lowest of the low.

  3. In his defense if I was chilling in my car and someone walks up from behind to my window my first reaction would be reaching for my gun too. He stopped the motion as soon as he realized that they were cops. So nothing wrong there

  4. What an idiot..not only did he impersonate an officer but he confessed….they didn't have enough evidence or video etc to arrest him IMO…but he confessed. What a dope..not condoning what he did at all but never consent to search or speak with cops even if innocent…they will manipulate conversations etc to incriminate you
