  1. I like the "Thin Blue Line" Flag, NOT. it is 100% against the UNITED STATES CODE TITLE 18-Part I. CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE-CHAPTER 33 – EMBLEMS, INSIGNIA, AND NAMES § 700-Desecration of the flag of the United States-Specifically Subsection (a)(1) – “Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”

Also 4 U.S. Code § 8 – Respect for flag – No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Also (g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature. Also (i) The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. At last (k) The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning.

You should be Ashamed of yourself for this Disfigurement! This is no different then someone burning the Flag. It is a disgrace and insulting to what I have served and others in my family have died for to defend. It shows that you are a Enemy of the State and the Constitution you swore to up hold. You REALLY should consider taking that Abomination down!

  2. Harrison Bergeron and Animal Farm are probably the 2 most important stories I read in high school. Anybody know if they even still teach those? My guess would be no since they undercut major socialist arguments…

  3. You'll NEVER get truly smaller government on the federal level, because the majority of the people don't want it. First you have the obvious people, the democrats. There are a LOT of them, and they LOVE taxes and big government. Now we move to the right. Guess what? They love big government too! They just won't admit it. The right supported the war on drugs. Well, in order to pursue that, you need COPS! A LOT of cops, and you need tax money to pay them, and for the fed cops, big government to run them. Another big favorite of the right is the military. A nuke sub runs about a trillion dollars these days. Try paying for that with no tax dollars! Or running a hug military without huge government. Then there are the politicians. Like they are really going to vote themselves out of a paycheck? Not happening. So no, when it comes to truly small government, you can't have that.

  4. If Mike bothered to watch any of Brian’s videos he wouldn’t be blaming the problems on voter turnout. Educate yourself Mike!

  5. Many people don't realize how important local elections are. Many people vote the presidential elections and think that's good enough. Local elected officials are the ones who put checks and balances on the president. In short, get out and vote in every election or you have no right to bitch when things don't go your way. One thing I do think should change is ex cons and felons should be allowed to vote everywhere. Some states don't allow felons to vote. Fortunately in PA we can or I wouldn't have been able to vote in the last presidential election. I think once your debt to society is paid and you prove yourself to be a productive citizen, you should have ALL rights restored including gun rights. I altered a prescription 10 years ago and haven't gotten in trouble since my debt to society has been paid. I don't think I should be prevented from owning a firearm.

Sorry for being all over the place with this comment. I do that sometimes.

  6. WOW! Judging by the way left and way right remarks, I think I am on the right track. "Clowns to the left of me and jokers to the right".

  7. Taxes are not required in a value based monetary system. They're absolutely essential in the debt based system extant. See Paul Grignion for overview explanations of each.

  8. You are sounding like my man Jordan Peterson here and I love it. This is repercussions of "everybody gets a T-ball trophy" perpetuated in my generation. Life is by definition unfair, from physical abilities to health to economic status etc and accepting that is part of being a rational adult but we all have intrinsic value as brothers and sisters of the same species who all struggle through life on this floating rock in the infinity of space.

  9. Yes, you are human beings. So were the Nazi SS. Just regular guys with a regular job. I'm sure they had families, went to barbecues, weddings and loved their kids. So as to your career decision, tread lightly before you try and 'humanize' civil rights abuses and an unjust tyrannical court system run by corrupt often unelected beaurocrats. Modern-day policing is tyranny enforced at the hands of self-serving, selfish beaurocrats, who have no love or understanding of the Constitution, individual liberty or freedom. To clarify, I'm not personally calling you a Nazi, but realize that I'm sure the Nazis justified their existence, their paychecks and believed they were acting in the best interests of Germany at the time.

You act as though we have any control on which idiot we vote into office. People don't vote because they've realized that voting for the lesser of two evils, or (the evil of two lessers) rarely brings about any significant net change regardless of what the politicians say on the campaign trail. Politics is a game for the rich and powerful, not the common man. Trump was the exception to the rule, or was he? Self made billionaire who ran his campaign originally with his own money. Who among us 'commoners' could ever hope to pull that off?
Before we even get to hear from a candidate, they have already been vetted and approved by the two party system. The MSM won't even recognize an individual unless they're already bought and paid for by one of the two parties. So our choice is:
    1) Big tyrannical government
    2) Big Socialist tyrannical government

My sole reason for voting at this point is to stave off the complete adoption of Socialism for as long as possible before I die. I realize our limited government and Constitutional Republic was lost long before I was born.

  10. I have a lot of respect for you and Brian, that's how all conversations should be with people who disagree with each other. Unfortunately 95%of people can't do that, instead they let their anger control them, destroying their ability to reason.

  11. Communism, socialism, nazism, is centralized control. The constitution limits government in favor of the people. Individual rights. The people lend their powers to government.

In networking we understand the importance of decentralization.

You cant get any more decentralized than empowering the people.

That's not where we are today.

  12. VOTE Vote vote on November 6th, we need a Huge RED WAVE, the Democrats are going to try to take the Senate & House, WE CAN'T LET THEM WIN and we need to show the Demoncrats what we think about what they did to KAVANAUGH and are doing to Kanye, Who's Next…. We have to STOP What they are doing to America…

  13. Yeh people need to understand that disagreement is literally the reason we have America as is. If we didn’t have disagreements we would still be stuck with the Articles of Confederation with no Bill of Rights

P.s. that Harrison Berguron story is real nice 👍 remember reading it many years ago in high school

  14. It is so true that people bitch and moan but won’t do anything about it.
Let’s just hope that the recent abuse of Kavanaugh will ignite the conservative voting base.

  15. I had never heard of this. I just finished the full video and read both the story and watched the video. You say it best about equality of being a person, just not in traits. This diversity allows us to create new things and see things from a different perspective. An old history professor of mine said, "History is told by the winners, then the losers. The truth lies somewhere in between." If we all think one way, the truth just lies with that side. These differences allow us to find the "true" truth.

  16. I had to stop & listen to Harrison Bergeron. Amazing! There are so many reasons to homeschool, but our public schools, run by progressive idealists, will never allow for a 21st century Benjamin Franklin.

  17. Heck, I don't even agree with everything you say, think, and believe, but that doesn't devalue my respect for you as a person. We agree on that, and other things as well.

  18. Harrison Bergeron is a parody of the fear of the right of communism. The movie is just a giant red pill once you understand what it is actually about.
