7. That's why you don't mess around here. I had a best friend that missed an entire month of school because he was beaten so badly. They ran out of pepper spray just spraying him while cuffed in the back of the car. He had wrecked his dirtbike trying to get away from them after being chased.
   Been waiting to find one on here from WV and I'm not surprised it was one of police brutality

28. No matter what the "teenager" did does not justify cops acting like the criminals they lock up. They jumped him, kick and punch him while hes handcuffed then toss him off the road. Hes a child no matter what mistake he made. Im not sure what he did but ive seen cop killers and others treated better than that. Children make mistakes and tho that doesnt justify what he did he didnt deserve to be beat while not even being able to defend himself. These are the kind of things that happened 10x more before bodycams and such. Shame on these cops and i hope each one goes to jail for a long time.

42. Update. WV Circuit Court Judge upheld an appeal and judged that the officer (punching him in the head after the cuffs are on) will be fully reinstated with pay, rank, and loss of wages. The WVSP will try another appeal to have the officer terminated as determined by their initial investigation.
