3. As an ex-police officer, I felt then and feel now that when a cop egregiously abuses their considerable power over others they deserve twice the penalty. That was assault. How did he NOT just commit assault? Police administrations need to send a clear message to their officers that this kind of behavior will result in immediate termination. You know, out of respect for the public.

35. @PoliceActivity I love how professional you are in showing both the good and the bad actions by law enforcement. As a retired LEO, I know I worked with mostly good, but a few really bad cops. I saw at least 3 incidents in the first minute of this video alone that violated the suspect's rights, as he was defenseless and in handcuffs. The first was when he was thrown onto the bed, then the slap to the groin, then he appeared to be hit again by another passing officer. It makes me sick to my stomach to see bad cops like these stain the uniform so many of us worked our entire careers to keep clean. They don't deserve to wear the badge, and I hope they got the hell sued out of them.
