  1. This was kinda un called for. I don't get the handcuffs when someone has been shot And harmless. Second they didn't need to cut his shorts to get the gun. The guy is hand cuffed. Also he was just trying to run. But he was holding his gun down so he could run faster.

  2. Colorado is so anti-cop it's sickening. Just watch the RiseUp Community School incident where officers tried to search for a suspect but the school stopped them.

  3. Donut Operator did a shooting break down on this. What is not so easy to see here but what the human eye sees is the fact that during that sprint, he drew his gun and aimed it back at officers. In response to that he was shot. Donut Operator slows down the video and you can see the frames where he goes into his waist and brings out the gun pointed at the officers, then officer draws and shoots in self defence.

  4. Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985), is a civil case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that, under the Fourth Amendment, when a law enforcement officer is pursuing a fleeing suspect, the officer may not use deadly force to prevent escape unless "the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.

  5. Was used to breaking the rules and running from his problems… Now he will also cost the people of Colorado Springs tens of thousands of dollars because of the moronic lawsuits. Just accept that your loved one did some really stupid things and got himself killed.

  6. Hahahahaha if you run you are asking to die so I mean that shit is just funny. These videos are super entertaining!!! I love the internets!!
