Kilgore Police Department – Texas Police Pursuit: On 04-15-2020, just after 8:00 am, Kilgore Dispatch received a 911 call from a caller reported they were following their truck that had been stolen earlier in Longview. Officers located the truck and trailer and initiated a high speed pursuit through Kilgore and Longview. The suspect later fled from the vehicle on foot and was arrested. 19-year-old Palestine man Caleb Wayne Rogers was being held Wednesday in Gregg County Jail on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

NOT THE FIRST PURSUIT FOR ROGERS.
on Saturday December 2018 Harrison County Sheriff’s Office reported Caleb Wayne Rogers, 17 at that time now 19 years old, of Longview, was arrested, after leading deputies on a wild chase through Harrison County.

Rogers was also previously arrested on May 5, 2018 on charges of burglary of vehicle and theft of a firearm. There is more details in the video.

  28. The narrative at the end doesn't match the 911 call audio or the dashcam and bodycam videos. Where in the video did he sideswipe a police vehicle? What part shows he was driving on the wrong side of the road against traffic? Did I miss all of that or is it a false police report at the end? I'm not going to watch it again to look for those things though. How does a stolen truck and trailer being followed by the owner turn into just a "suspicious vehicle"? Oh well, at least there were no shots fired by panicked, trigger happy killers this time

No not all spelling nor punctuation maybe correct and I may not be politically correct it's up to u as the reader to over look those small mistakes and see the bigger picture. This is a life long friend of mine, he has so much love and soul to him, however the judgmental beings we have can't get past their own stupidity to actually look into a person's eyes and see their soul. A picture is not going to show u a persons soul. My lil baby has mental health issues, along with being a victim of social, mental, and physical abuse. There is so much more to this than what meets the eye in this video. It really breaks my heart to know that my fellow brothers and sisters of the world can't get past the simple ways of an everyday judgemental american to ask themselves what was the cause. Why did this happen…oh wait better yet let me pray for this young soul, let me pray for his family. He is someone's child, grandson, brother, father, hero. He freaking matters as well. So please unless u have some encouraging words for the family I ask that u please take those hateful things and thoughts and keep entertaining the devil on your time. The world is already filled with so much hate…that is why crime rate keeps climbing….HELLO PEOPLE… now please say a prayer for my friend and ask that God work with him and that he allows God to guide him.
