  1. The cop tried to jump in front of the car, and was beside it when he fired. This guy just killed someone else recently and was charged for this shooting. It was totally unjustified. This guy needs to be in jail.

  2. Nice try to justify the shooting at the end but the same officer just shot another guy. Just wait until the media gets ahold of this people are going to forget who Chavuin was.

  3. Definitely did not try to run over the cop it would have been easier to hit the cop but he appeared to carefully maneuver the car to avoid hitting the cop and the cars, it appears he just wanted to get away, saw no proof of wanting to hurt anyone!

  4. The suspect should've stopped when the officer was standing there he created a dangerous situation getting that close with his wheels turned in that direction. That officer AT THAT MOMENT doesn't know that suspect is going to TURN the wheels away and NOT run him over. You can only judge the action based on what was known by THAT officer AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME.

They just charged this guy for this. Manslaughter. So the answer is to NOT attempt to apprehend anyone that doesn't immediately turn around and put his hands behind their backs. Who the hell would want to be a cop now?

  5. Well, the Officer is now going to pay for his alleged crime, the shooting death of Laudemere Arboleda !!! Good news. Hope he is also charged for the murder of Tyrell Wilson he allegedly commited in March of this year.

  6. Smart of the officer to stand in front of the driver so that he could claim his life was in imminent danger /s…Also poor situation awareness. Any one of those 12 bullets could have injured the offer in the other vehicle. Should have been taken off the force for just that.

  7. I just don't see how any cop was in any danger in this situation to provoke shooting him. Or the fact the cop had his weapon drawn already maneuvering around his vehicle. Clearly seeing the driver was squeaking by the parked cruiser. The officer wasn't standing in front of the vehicle where it could of injured him. He's standing next to the vehicle as he maneuvered very quickly around to approach the vehicle as its squeaking by. You can see the driver pause for a moment to position himself for a clear sneak pass. I don't think the officer should of shot him. but maybe I'm wrong. The officer did pop in there pretty quickly. I don't think the driver could see that the officer popped his right leg in front of vehicle it is kinda hard to tell if someone put there leg there in that kind of stance looking over dash. It would perhaps appear to the driver he's standing next to the vehicle. The officer could clearly see he's squeaking by, why is the officer putting himself in-danger at the moment hes clearly maneuvered passed him and the other cruiser. The Question is.. Weather or not you think the Officer is in front of the Vehicle as its squeaking by or not. In Slow motion it appears the front end of the vehicle is already passed the officer. The Driver does appear to see the officer pop out to the right, and he instead turning more right is steering more forward. I don't agree the officer pulling the trigger on this one. I watch a lot of videos. And im strongly critiquing this one. Not sold on this one. It Be different if the Danger was approaching the officer but the officer is putting himself in danger. Cop Approachess the vehicle at the side and starts shooting at its side windows. all a cop has to do is stick out his right foot toward the driver wheel? I dont think a Driver could see lower part of his leg. Im not trying to stick up for the driver but. I dont agree shots were necessary. The Cop clearly knows he is squeaking by and there's room to do that. cops first shot is at 3:35 he ran up next to the vehicle planted his feet and shot him. just feels like the cop is intentionally putting his right leg in danger to shoot him. driver would of had obstructed view to see his right leg. Had the Driver not applied the breaks and instead pressed on the acceleration his right foot would of definitely gotten run over. cop should be lucky the man was cautiously trying to maneuver around them. Its not like you guys did a great job blocking him in that well. Drivers split second thought was, should i go left or right he paused on the breaks to decide prior. just doesn't appear to be a intentional vehicle manslaughter. The vehicle is squeeking by and the cop is firing into him on an big angle. not only that but he could of fired into the other police cruiser. 3:22 this officer could of almost shot the other officer in the other vehicle. Not Smart at all. dosnt make sense why after all that he tried to chase him with weapon drawn still. terrible. im sorry. Most of the cop stuff I watch is good cop reaction but this one. No way. Is the Driver trying to squeek by or trying to run him over. If I were on the jury this wouldnt sit well with me. It the Police Chest cam does look like the front wheel is turning into him but he corrected it and straightened it. Otherwise yes his feet would of gotten run over if he didnt. This comes down to very micro second actions and decisions. It doesn't justify shooting over.

  8. Doesn’t look like a good shoot to me. Officer exited his vehicle gun drawn and put himself in the vehicles path. He was determined to end the chase with his firearm before he put himself in front of the vehicle and it became a threat.

  9. I don't get the American police idea of standing in the way of a fleeing car and then executing the driver as he drives at them. Stand out of the fucking way like in other countries.

  10. Terrible gun safety he’s lucky he didn’t hit his fellow officer, in addition to the fact I’m pretty sure the guy was just trying to keep running not “run over the officer..”

  11. Cop deliberately put himself in front of the car so he could shoot this guy while also creating a crossfire situation. Guy probably didn’t even see the cop who killed him. Bad shoot, but the cop’ll be found justified.

    ETA: forgot to mention crossfire.

  12. Not at all a clean shoot. The officer put himself in harms way. He should have NEVER ran out in front of the suspects car.

  13. "tried to run down an officer" going 5 miles an hour during a hairpin turn…… easily avoidable, as shown by the officer who dodged the car while shooting the first three rounds into the subject. Furthermore super bad backstop coulda shot the good guy behind the car. Training says dump all of your freedom seeds but you have to realize you are no longer in danger and stopping a threat, you are stopping the suspect by "any means necessary" protecting the public by killing the public

  14. Trying to rundown an officer? I do not agree with that assessment. That officer had murder on his mind when he drew his service revolver. Total disregard for the officer in his crossfire. That man should not be a law enforcement officer.

  15. If driver wanted to hit the cop, he sure did a poor job of it. Looked to me like he slowly tried to go around him in a tight space. Not buying it.

  16. everyone keeps talking about the crossfire but no one talks about how the cop was tippy toeing with a cars front right tire while laying down perfect grouping downrange nerves of steel
