3. I will never agree with the decision to shoot a man armed with a knife six times, while he is 15 yards away. I think that the will to kill is stronger than that of resolving the situation.

4. Next time try to tazer him first, wait for backup or shoot at the legs before lethally shooting someone. This is a really poor performance.

19. That officer not only was in a life threatening situation he also is a very well trained marksman. When they rolled the suspect over you could clearly see the first shot must have been thru the heart. Because of the officer being trained well and with a lot of practice he made these shots at the suspect so as he would die quickly and and with as least amount of pain as possible. Great job.
