Two Rivers is a city in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin —
The Two Rivers police department released a body cam from an officer involved in a deadly shooting of Nash W. Fiske 30 years old (passenger) on Washington Street last November 04-2019 during a traffic stop, by Police Officer Dakota Gamez.

This investigation has been turned over to the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s (WIDOJ) .

The Manitowoc County District Attorney has determined a Two Rivers police officer was justified in his use of deadly force during a Nov. 4 traffic stop.

William Tyler Langrick, 31, (driver) is charged with
possession of a firearm by a felon as a repeat offender,
felony possession of THC as a second or subsequent offense, felony possession of THC with intent to deliver as a second
or subsequent offense, and
possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeat offender.

NBC26 Staff report that “William Langrick, the driver involved, is facing criminal firearm and drug charges related to the traffic stop that preceded the shooting.

The criminal complaint doesn’t mention the shooting, but it said during the traffic stop Officer Gamez noticed the smell of marijuana. The complaint said Langrick was questioned about the odor.

A search of the vehicle revealed a bag with four glass jars containing raw marijuana inside, as well as plastic sandwich bag of marijuana in the glove compartment, the criminal complaint said.

Langrick admitted to knowing there were two handguns inside the vehicle, according to the criminal complaint, which also said Langrick gave a handgun to Fiske while at a gas station shortly before the traffic stop.”

I don't understand why these people just don't learn,if your going to do something illegal and you happen to get lost than just corporate and tell the cop what you've done or what you have on you so you don't take the risk of getting yourself or others or the cop hurt or even worse killed. Yeah I've been in trouble with the law, being a smart arse, breaking the law, charged, bailed not bailed, sentanced to prison, out of prison. Then the penny dropped that was 25 years ago. Im now in my mid 40's live a honest life, its boring as hell but 100% wouldn't change it for all the money in the world. I like my freedom, I love my family, I like to play golf. I've worked dam hard to get what I have it aint much but it beats the hell out of being a deadbeat criminal.
Life catches up with you real fast, Arthritis, bad back, Cancer. Real life problems. If I continued on the path I was on I'd be doing at least 20 years or dead.
