From the report of Braselton Police Sergeant Wayne Breeden: “When I arrived on scene I was greeted by two males, Raymond Scott and Reginald Cuington. Both males were arguing with one another and making threats as they were separated. [Note: Cuington is never heard making threats.] Reginald seemed to cool down once police arrived, but Raymond remained visibly upset during the duration of the call. I spoke with Reginald, as another officer spoke with Raymond. Reginald advised that he and a female he has been seeing, Althea Eaton, were out for a walk in the neighborhood. Once they arrived back at Reginald’s vehicle, a male approached him in a threatening and harassing manner. Reginald stated that he did not know the male, and also had no idea that Althea was involved in another relationship. [Further note: “Raymond,” also known as Benzino, repeatedly claimed that he and Althea were married. They are not, and they have never been, married.]

At this point, Reginald attempted to get into his vehicle, but was unable to due to Raymond being in the way. Reginald stated that Althea then got in to the driver’s seat of his truck and attempted to pull away. Reginald told me that as they began to try and drive away, Raymond then struck his vehicle multiple times with his fist. I was able to view the damage of the truck, which showed two dents in the driver side rear door. Reginald then stated that Raymond continued to threaten him until police arrival.

I also spoke with Althea, and another witness, Cindy, who observed the incident from her porch. Cindy stated that she also viewed the Raymond subject shouting obscenities and punching the red pickup truck.

After speaking with Reginald, I went and spoke with Raymond. Raymond advised that he was in the area to watch his son play tennis. While watching his son play tennis, Raymond states that a male came up to him and told him he was going to shoot him. Raymond denies any involvement in the damage to Reginald’s vehicle. Raymond continued to shout foul language and open ended threats to Reginald.

Raymond was taken into custody for Criminal Damage and transported to Gwinnett Co Jail. Warrants were signed with a Gwinnett County judge.”

On February 3, 2022, Raymond “Benzino” Scott was charged with one count of second degree criminal damage to property. A felony. His case is currently open before Judge Warren Davis.

Its almost like Benzino has a fetish for being handcuffed in back of police cars. Seems like every situation he gets in , he does everything he can physically and verbally to get himself arrested. He is never cooperative and is always cursing and combative. He should by now at 58 years old figure out how to act in company of police.

Benzino looks like he's been trenning hard, dbolishing his goals, testing his limits, anavar giving up.

Benzinos has lost his mind, all this consistent police contact seems like its escalating and will only end with a long jail sentence or being killed by police for not cooperating. These guys had too much patience for him and none even knew he was a â€œcelebrityâ€ . If he comes in contact with police from a more crime ridden district and not suburban police like this , they wont treat him as nicely as these guys did.
Benzinos is an extremely insecure man. He is insecure about many aspects of himself. First he is racially mixed and being in the rap industry he wants to be seen as an authentically black man who is tough and not be seen as a light skinned ,soft guy. He is insecure about being from
Boston as thats not a common location for rappers to hail from. So he gets clowned about that. He is also shaped weird physically with a big head with no neck ,so he works out to have big muscles to make up for his lack of neck. He is also insecure because on Love and Hip Hop he has so many problems with His baby mommas. Finally, he is insecure with his sexuality as he has been called gay and police video of him kicked out of a hotel with Cavario looked very suspect.

A great role model for his son! This is simply sad. Not for him, for his kids. She doesn't want him around any more and he needs to get that. How can she live around that. Pure jealousy, harassing his ex partner. He killed this relationship. I've watched him in other videos. He needs psychiatric help asap.

Benzenio and Althea have been doing this kinda stuff ever since they met. It's so toxic.. and God only knows what all the lil boy has seen. So sad.

Benzino is such a pest. He is going to keep on until he gets seriously hurt or killed, or gets charged with a felony and spend years in prison. I'll give him props for being in such good condition for his age, though. Also, those head- and shoulder-mounted cameras are much more useful than the "crotch cams* pointed at the ground used by other departments.

Benzino is a hot mess. Kicks her out on Christmas, and his son. And now heâ€™s tripping that she with another man. Zino my man. Get your life together. Youâ€™re over 50, your son, needs a dad. And this canâ€™t be it. Yâ€™all messy asf! I feel heartbroken for him.
