  1. He's not DWI attorney, he's a prominent criminal defense attorney in Albuquerque NM. We'll now he's going to need Tim Padilla, another prominent defense attorney in Albuquerque… lol.

  2. She showed signs of being anebriated ….she didn't know who had her paperwork , didn't remember getting it back , didn't know what paperwork was that she had on her

  3. So, an attorney is arrested for Aggravated DUI (after a previous arrest for DUI shortly before this one),and he receives preferential treatment by having an officer taking his belongings to his home? And because he’s an attorney, his charge will be dropped to “just” DUI (the “aggravated” enhancement waa for his BAC being twice the legal limit), or it may be dismissed completely just as his previous arrest “just because”?? That’s fair.

  4. Poor innocent ladies. How awkward has he just made the next month getting to work for her. Bet he doesn’t even feel bad never mind try n help her. Shame on you judge. What an arrogant man blaming her when he knows she had right of way and he’s pissed as a fart. Would love to see his trial. The cane looked like more of a prop than a need

  5. DWI 👮‍♂️ any medications Audio off over a minute and half later Audio resumes 😳 if he is on that many meds maybe he shouldn’t be behind a wheel!

  6. Is it not kinda ironic that the officer didn't purposely point his bodycam at the suspect. Hmmmmmm. Wonder why. No need to answer. I already know. Which is sad. Fuck the fat blue line.

  7. so i looked the guy up and apparently he had a half dozen arrests for dui, but this was his first conviction
go off on the others through technicalities
and on this, despite it ending in an accident, he got a simple slap on the wrist
    man is a dangerous alcohlic
he is going to kill someone
