Bringing you yet another major exclusive story about a rapper, today’s videos – plural – take us to Atlanta, Georgia where on September 5, 2018 at 4:52 PM Atlanta Police Officer Che Milton was on foot patrol In the area of 810 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive near Busy Bee’s Restaurant.

The following is excerpted from Officer Milton’s report:

“While conducting my duties I walked past a black Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van and from my Knowledge, Training and Experience [which are capitalized for reasons unknown] I recognized a very strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. I then asked Mr. Jamieson Simon, who was the driver, “Who’s smoking weed In this vehicle?” Mr. Simon tried to quickly throw me off and ask me could I help him back out the parking lot and he basically Ignored my question. I then contacted my supervisor Lt. Parete and Informed him of what I had on the scene, I was not sure of how many occupants was In the vehicle when I looked In thru the front windshield but I could see a silhouette of an unidentified person with dreadlocks sitting In the backseat In the rear of the vehicle so, I then asked for additional units to assist me and I raised a K-9 unit to my location. Once the K-9 unit arrived, A walk around of the vehicle was conducted and the K-9 barked to Indicate there were narcotics inside the vehicle at that time.”

“I then asked all seven (7) occupants to step out of the vehicle and I detained everyone at the time until my on scene investigation was complete. Once inside the vehicle the K-9 dog hit Instantly on (The Arrestee) Mr. Tyrone William Griffin’s backpack. Myself along with Officer Brown (CSU) searched the backpack and found a tobacco grinder with fresh marijuana residue Inside along with marijuana rolling papers, a marijuana cigarette (Blunt) and two (2) THC pens. While searching further In the vehicle 18 grams of Marijuana was found stuffed In between the back seat where I observed Mr. Griffin sitting and also a small container of possibly cocaine behind his seat In his wingspan area which Is possible any passenger could have thrown the container behind Mr. Griffin’s seat and I then placed every passenger In the vehicle under arrest.”

  4. The cop that was left on charge said he was going to charge all of them lol but she was trying to tell everybody that the driver admitted to the bag being left over from the people he he dropped off before they got on. Nobody was listening.

  7. This goes to show you how easily the drugs can be “found” at with multiple people. “It was in the back” and that somehow became the backpack which belonged to Ty and they wanted to get him to admit to the weed in order to pinch him with the cocaine charge since it’s his backpack

  9. Officer asks another Officer" where did you find the coke"? Officer strait up says " I don't Know." So stupid come on Police, you guys are on camera we can see you guys act the way you do. One out of ten cop's in these video should actually be cops the rest should be fired and find a different way to make a living. I just pray that because of the use of cameras we can finally weed out all of the bad cops. The Officer narrating the video was cool.

  14. If I left my wallet at a restaurant, and I heard the manager went though every pocket and fold of my wallet just to "make sure" there were no drugs, I'd be pretty pissed. I don't think its the responsibility of that driver to search property that doesn't belong to him. whether their story is true or not, whose to say, but telling a man it's his job to search other peoples property is ridiculous.

    Side note, she read the miranda warning incorrectly. She said "you have the right to an attorney IF you can afford one" I wonder if that's enough for a lawyer to argue that anything they said after that couldn't be admissible in court.

  20. I felt like I watched ty dollar sign, Skrillex, and his crew get robbed by the police and labeled as criminals over party drugs that in most country's are LEGAL including cocaine! Acting like they against criminals. It's musicians with security. I'd expect weed, legal firearms for security guards, and other party drugs like pills and coke and stuff. At most it should be a fine if consumed whilst driving but that's it. This shit was some tax paying wasted dollars
