10. Funny thing is no matter what state you are in if the cop fears for the safety of the child that cop could have arrested the driver for Reckless endangerment for the safety of the child. Did you know car insurance companies can drop you do to many traffic violations, DWI/DUI police have the authority to suspended your license depending upon state regulations.

35. He did sound very judgy when he initially approached her and he put his hand in her car window initially. He was just as much a dick back to her. They were both wrong. Just give her the damn ticket and drive on. Everything is escalated to life or death situations with police officers. People make mistakes. I doubt this female has the mental capacity to have some introspection and learn something from this, but he didn't need to act like her parent either.
