Albuquerque Police Helicopter Air 1 Assists Rio Rancho PD in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. The Rio Rancho Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle which was stolen out of San Juan County. The driver refused to stop the vehicle even after all four tires were flattened with spike belts.

  1. It was really good to see his heat signature increase as his speed decreased and the realization struck that he wasn't going to get away, and that there were numerous patrol cars following close behind…
