Among the amusing things in this video: the male officer who gave chase on foot abandoned his bicycle at the location of the initial stop. When backup arrived they noticed a homeless man eyeing the police bike, clearly considering taking it, and only moving along once they pulled a U-turn back toward the bicycle.
