4. What I'd suggest to the mall operators is a funding for police dogs. Give the police more dogs and I'm very sure much of this sort of behavior will cease. There is no racial discrimination with dogs, it just tastes like human, and they're good with that. Sic 'em, Fido.

6. yea I been there a lot of these kids don't look bad they just be trying to fit in.they be running back and in the mall yelling not even there to buy anything just acting ridiculous

7. good aggressive police work. South Bay cities like Redondo Beach and Torrance have made their presence known that they will make life uncomfortable for outsiders willing to commit crime there.

8. Used to work in that mall and what I can say it's slowly down falling . Not only the high end stores are leaving but it's becoming more and more full of crime . In the 4 years I worked in that place , I had to witness 3/ 4 lock downs . It was scary after Nordstrom left to del amo 😕

21. The misbehaviour of these youth can present a significant challenge to law enforcement. The merchants legitimately want the police to be effective. But the sparse data and dynamic crowd make it difficult for police. I'm sure that they are tempted to ignore some of the civil rights of the youth.

    But, that is corruption. Accountability like you provide helps. But it is always going to be a battle.

    The police must submit to the authority of the Rule of Law even when it reduces their effectiveness and upsets the merchants.
