  1. Special thanks to Tom Zebra for this video.   He is the one who made this story possible.   He is a dedicated journalist, cop watcher, first amendment auditor, community activist and internal affairs investigator.

  2. What is sad is these f*** Tardes in California voted all these fuktard Democrats into office, now they're moving out of state because of the mess that they have created in California and are creating messes in other states by voting Democrat again in a state-run correctly by Republicans. If you are a dumbass Democrat and move out of state quick voting Democrat dumbasses

  3. Those destroyed guns are probably being used to shoot clays and game or found a new home at a pigs stye. My grandfathers weapons were "confiscated" years ago because he was a suspect in a homicide case. Another man was eventually found guilty and admitted to the crime. Those weapons have not been seen since. Efforts to procure those weapons back was responded to by a letter saying those had been destroyed. Imagine that.

  4. 18 US Code 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

“And that the said Constitution never be construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceful citizens, from keeping their own arms; to raise standing armies, unless when necessary for the defense of the United States, or of some one or more of them; or to prevent the people from petitioning, in a peaceful and orderly manner, the federal legislature, for a redress of grievances; or to subject the people to unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers or possessions.”- Samuel Adams, Massachusetts Ratifying Convention, 1788 Federalist Papers!!!

“The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials, and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections.” – US Supreme Court, West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette

This would INCLUDE (ANYONE) the Judges at ANY Level of the Judicial System!!!

The States and the Federal Government are VIOLATING NOT ONLY the Constitution and BoR; but this US Code ALSO!!!

The MORE Law Abiding CITIZEN are DISARMED (Unconstitutionally), the MORE the CRIMINALS ARE EMBOLDENED to COMMIT MORE CRIMES!!!

Unalienable RIGHTS are BIRTH RIGHTS (NO MATTER the SKIN COLOR or POLITICAL AFFILIATION) and CANNOT be TAKEN EXCEPT by FORCE FROM ANOTHER HUMAN or a VIOLENT/CORRUPT/TYRANNICAL Government!!!!

TRAINING and USE is a PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY ISSUE!!!

The ONLY Constitutional solution to restore gun rights is to START an AMENDMENT PROCESS to CHANGE the 2nd Amendment!!! Change is ALL that can be DONE as it is an Unalienable RIGHT and CANNOT be TAKEN AWAY!!!

The FOLLOWING is just EXAMPLES of POSSIBLE CHANGES to the 2nd Amendment!!! REMEMBER it TAKES 2/3 States to Pass As Well as a CERTAIN NUMBER of House VOTES and Senate VOTES to PASS an Amendment to the Constitution!!!

1- Have Background Checks to ENSURE CRIMINALS Citizens and POSSIBLY MENTALLY IMPAIRED Citizens CANNOT PURCHASE Firearms from FFL Dealers!! Have a SYSTEM SET UP that a PRIVATE CITIZEN can USE to CHECK the Person He WANT to SELL TO, ENSURING as MUCH as POSSIBLE The ABOVE MENTIONED DO NOT have EASY ACCESS to FIREARMS!!! That is the CORRECT WAY to CHANGE the 2nd Amendment!!! It CANNOT BE TAKEN AWAY but IT CAN BE AMENDED Constitutionally!!! Be Safe.

2- And NO TRACKING or LISTING of the SALE when Checking to MAKE a SELL; FFL Dealer or Private (person to person) SALES!!

Independent Voter USN 72-76 Just GETTING the WORD OUT!!!

  5. They had no right to take the guns in the first place they were his father’s guns they forced their way in the house and took guns that were his own private property

  6. California officers stole my legally owned weapon after detaining me. They not only took them but a clip to another weapon not present as well as all money and a mobile PlayStation and games. I never got any of them back. They took about 1500 in property. Oh and a leather jacket. I almost forgot. They took what they simply wanted. California is wicked

  7. this is BS, and criminal, a total infringement on this mans constitutional rights, people should go to these officers houses and do the same, and this errand saying hes just doing his job, well the nazis said the same thing at Nuremberg.

  8. Very sad that Police can break the Constitutional Rights of law abiding citizens and nothing can be done to hold them accountable. This is why people dont trust the Law Enforcement in California and show a distain for them. The CHP is the worst for this too not just Torrance PD

  9. I wish a story like this had a follow up on what happened next. I surely would hope he took further action to get compensated for the loss of illegally stolen and destroyed property

  10. Why did he have to go to the police department to get the guns. They took them from his house. They should have returned the guns there.

  11. should file a stolen/missing gun report for the weapons that did not get returned.. just in case they are still out there in circulation..

  12. Destroyed? You mean distributed collectibles to Torrance police. There are videos out here where police are conversing with each other during an unlawful raid to seize guns, drum sets, TV's etc…

  13. That guy needs to sue them for this, that Department owes him restitution for court costs, the destroyed firearms, and the stolen ammunition.
