I've said it before, I'm saying it now and I'll say it again, Torrance PD is the WORST!. These pathetic "guys" are low life pieces of shit. These cops say their assholes because no one respects them but really, no one respects them because they're assholes. I have a whole list of grievances and I've never even been arrested.

Like always…too many stupid cops standing around not accomplishing anything productive, just loitering with their weapons, dying to shoot somebody. They don't fight crime or serve or protect. They find a way to waste as much time as possible while drawing a government paycheck. Just Department of Motor Vehicle clerks with badges.
