Torrance Police turn routine traffic stops into vehicle searches more than any other police department I have seen. Very rarely do police every find anything illegal.

No matter how much you tell people to say no they still allow a search.
It blows my mind how many people let them search their vehicles with no warrant, and even no suspicion. Don't they know how dangerous that is? It is not beyond reason that something would be planted on them, thus ruining their life when they did not have to consent to begin with. Education is greatly needed. I'm sure the search would not have ended so quickly had you not been there with a camera.

I would never allow a search of my car, but these kids don't know any better.. Cops are nothing more than a gang of criminals.
