  3. This appears to be one of the only news service videos with a frame out of focus. For that reason my guess is this video is completely unedited and exactly as it happened in real time. That answers the question as to why he didn't warn the driver ahead of time. I am not suggesting he should have or should not have warned the driver. I am simply saying this video appears to be unedited and with that in mind Katman couldn't have possibly known ahead of time a car would pull up skidding through a turn as he recorded and narrated the hiding spot of a highway patrol unit. Further, for those of you who are a little slow in this game, you now know how some of us are able to identify when is the wrong time to do a burnout in the first place. In the 2nd place, some of you now know when is the wrong time to deflect blame to a photographer teaching you about the first place. Thanks for the video Katman as well as the lesson some folks might miss. From Captain obvious.

  4. I'm going to assume the reason the officer did not turn his lights on, is that he wanted the person to make the turn so he can pull them over out of sight of that area which I suspect they lined with police vehicles? was he the last one to catch a car in that line? he couldn't possibly be the only one playing rope-a-dope for that…
