4. ……$500 for running a stop sign on your bicycle? What a joke! Why would anyone want to live in a state with so many stupid people? One thing that elections tell us is where all of the stupid people live. Of course you were found guilty as that was merely rubber stamped. The best thing that could happen to California is that it fall into the ocean and rid the world of at least some of the dumb asses that the rest of us have to deal with and eventually have to support with our taxes. Clearly, SNAKEnBORD conducted a retaliatory stop on you and your bike, and fabricated facts, to get a ticket to stick. What a disgrace!

It's a Kangaroo court, but if you have many public witnesses, the judge may try to appear to be fair. Snakenborg probably won't even show up, and if he does nail his ass on cross examination.
