  1. The underlying problem of these Nazi style checkpoints is of course it is a breach of our U.S. Constitution's 4th amendment. The problem is We the People accepted these back in the 1990's as acceptable, reasonable and lawful, when they are not. It is proven that saturation patrols by active cruisers is far more effective at actually catching DUI's than checkpoints. And when you hear/see "DUI checkpoint" it is far more about indoctrinating the public to checkpoints that are used for other purposes. During the day, there are in some locales seat belt checkpoints now too. The politicians (and MADD mothers) like to say these DUI checkpoints are for education. Yes, that is true, they are trying to educate everyone to get used to checkpoints anywhere and anytime they drive (or walk). The other problem with DUI checkpoints is many of the troopers/officers/deputies love 'em because they clock over-time and extra hours to stand there and have a pow-wow with their "brothers."

  5. Seems like the best way to deal with unresponsive law enforcement is to make a clearly legible sign that says DUI checkpoint ahead and hold it up in a strategic location.

    All theses cops paid millions of dollars and just standing around. Can’t they do this for investigating felony crimes.

  14. It is hilarious to me when I hear pigs use words like common sense when they knowingly lie, infringe or circumvent our rights on a daily basis.
    I wonder how many additional charges are layed at these checks points that would not have been if not for the power given to these pigs to circumvent our rights due to these check points… for example…every car they normally would not have had grounds to stop nor would have now can go fishing and potentially pull every person out of every car and search the car as well as ever passenger based on the officers discriminating,profiling, smelling or simply the 3 person rule police believe in which is if there is 3 people in a car one of them is bad.Meaning one of them has a warrant or is in possession of something illegal…basically 3 in a car 99% of the time they will find something illegal…..and all they need to do is say "I smell weed or booze" which basically gives them a warrant to search the car and everything in it legally….all made possible by these check points.

    MOST OF THE COPS ARE NOW MILITARY! THATS WHY MOST OF THEM DONT HAVE EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MINDSET INSTILLED IN THEM BY THE MILITARY! REMEMBER SOME OF THEM KILLED CIVILIANS AND THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY HUMANITY BECAUSE OF IT! (($100,000 a year plus overtime for cops! $100,000 a car ? ""to protect and serve??"" BULLSHIT!!)) THE COMMUNITIES FIRE AND POLICE HAVE TO GIVE YOU ACCESS TO POLICE AND FIREMEN FILES IF YOU FILE A FOIA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THEM (INCLUDING AIRPORT SECURITY, BORDER PATROL AGENTS, JUVENILE DETENTION OFFICERS, THE PROBATION OFFICERS, AND THE DHS)–EVERY ONE OF THEM! AND CHECK IF THEY HAVE ANY BLEMISHES ON THEIR RECORD–AND ONCE YOU HAVE THAT THEN SEARCH ON THE CIRCUIT COURT ACCESS TO SEE IF THERE IS A CRIMINAL FILE ON THEM–BECAUSE SOME DO–THEN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE OR SHERIFF DEPARTMENTS AND ASK WHY THEY HAVE SOMEONE ON YOUR LAW ENFORCEMENT OR FIRE DEPARTMENT THAT IS QUESTIONABLE!! AND MOST OF THE COPS ARENT EVEN FROM THE COMMUNITY! THE LAW WILL ALWAYS PROTECT THEIR OWN, INCLUDING THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, SHERIFF, OR POLICE CHIEF! AND IF THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL, THEY ARE PUT ON ""ADMINISTRATION"" LEAVE, WHICH IS ""PAID LEAVE"" THEY INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES, WHICH WHY WE NEED CITIZENS WATCHDOG GROUPS! IT DOESNT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHAT RACE YOU ARE! THE GOVERNMENT DOESNT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THESE MILITARY VETERANS SO THEY GIVE THEM JOBS WITH POLICE, DHS, TSA, THEN THEY CAN SAY UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS DOWN!   35. This guy wants something legitimately wrong with checkpoints?
    First off, the first and most often use in the last 100 years was Nazi Germany, and Stalin's USSR.
    Secondly, they all assume guilt, and all leave a citizen in the position where they must prove their innocence.
    Just remember that anytime a cop says the courts have ruled on them and said they were legal, one only needs to look at the statistics on how many people have been, and are in jail, due a court improperly ruling on a case.

Well Yuliya and Jack it's good to see what the Cops do this is tax money wasted on useless check points,but if they mess with you and Jack who agrees with you Mr. Amen guy you will video and I say your view will change. Cops lie miss use the law to their advantage and screw you into jail or worse. So I say stop watching or stop commenting . These guys do a great service. I didn't know my rights till I started watching. Cops will have you in jail in a heart beat.
