4. ah but if she didn't answer any question and simply refused any FST, then the police can simply say they believed she was under the influence and that would be the verdict basically in court, but having done the FST, she could, or her clever lawyer, argue that because of her gross overweightness, she could not walk in a straight line toe to heel, drunk or sober because of uncoordination

5. FSTs are silly. They will make you do all that shit and even if you pass it all, but are over the legal BAC, they still arrest you. I don't get that. If you clearly demonstrated that you were not impaired why would you be arrested for being impaired?

7. I got pulled over by San diego Airport Police and made do the FST and did the 30 second count and i passed it. he pulled me over saying i was swerving and i only changed one lane. lol

9. Same in Texas. You have to be arrested first, then if you refuse the breathalyzer it's a 180 days suspension. If you fail the breathalyzer, you have to request a blood test, which must be administrered within 2 hours.
