35. No Cruising – Two Times Past Same Point Within Six Hours Is Cruising. That can't be Constitutional. Driving your kids to school would get you a ticket, miss the driveway entrance to a store you get a ticket, can't read the address for your destination you get a ticket. Have brown skin and a custom car you get a ticket. The last one is the real reason for this BS rule/law.
