8. the denial by the city is actually viewed as a good thing depending on the county. california state law states that you must first apply with your local municipality and be denied before you can apply for a permit from the county sheriff. the permits issued by county share the same restrictions and rules, where the ones by municipalities might have unfair or dumb restrictions that are added in addition to the state mandates. ie. a city's permit might only allow concealed carry with nothing in chamber, where the county issued permit doesn't have such a rule.

26. Like I said in your last video, the permits are being given to LE affiliated positions, other cities issue them to jailers, community service officers and business owners who donate to politically affiliated members.
